We make every effort to schedule your appointment at the most convenient time for you.

Our office makes courtesy confirmation calls 1-2 days prior to your appointment. If a conflict arises and you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours. We would be more than happy to reschedule your appointment for another day.

When scheduling your first appointment, please notify us regarding any medical conditions that may be of concern. We ask that you please bring a list of medications with you to your appointment, if necessary. Please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early so that you will have time to complete the new patient paperwork forms.

All payments are due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept most forms of payments, including cash, check and major credit cards.

As a courtesy, we submit all claims to your dental insurance. If you have a large treatment plan, we will be happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance to have an accurate estimate of what they will pay. Regardless of what your insurance may or may not pay, the remaining balance is your responsibility.

To save you some time before your initial appointment, you may download our new patient forms to fill out and bring to your appointment.
